Self care has become such a priority to me and I always want to share what’s been working for me. These are some of my favorite tools and products to unwind and show my face some love at the end of the day. Wishing you relaxation and amazing skin as you indulge in any of these recommendations to bring that spa experience home with you!
Nu-Face Trinity

I was introduced to this little wonder gadget a couple of years ago and I’ve made it a point this year to include it into my night time routine at least 3 times a week. This handheld micro current muscle stimulator sends a gentle current that’s identical to your body’s natural ionic flow, stimulating the muscles under the skin. This in turn produces ATP’s which help the muscles contract and relax which produces proteins and amino acids to energize and strengthen your face muscles over time creating a lifted, youthful look without injections. It also helps with the production of collagen and elastin, which as we get older it becomes difficult for our skin to produce itself. I love this gadget so much, I’m guilty of not utilizing it the way I should but this year is the year! Going to take a before and after and post that in three months from now.
Loops Eye, Lips and Face Masks

These were sent to me as a gift I am so happy they were! They come with different themes as to why you’re using them ranging from Sunrise Service for morning calls to Night Shift for bedtime. These fun colorful and specific themed masks are so hydrating and packed with the antioxidants, vitamins, nutrients and acids your skin needs to replenish and be prepared for any situation. Genuinely obsessed with Loops. These are my go to’s for travel, getting ready for the day and nights out. If you would also like to pamper yourself, I have a code for you. Kiehl’s Midnight Recovery Face Oil
I’ve been using this every night before bed for two years and I LOVE this oil! The calming scent of lavender and evening primrose is perfect right before bed. This oil is designed to restore and repair your skin from the stressors of the day while you sleep, boosts moisture and leaves your face feeling smooth as ever. I vote 10/10 on this product, I always travel with it and it’s always located right on my nightstand. It’s the closing to every night and I couldn’t love it more.
Ice Roller
A good friend of mine gave me this and I swear by it for reducing puffiness, closing pores and also relief from headaches. There are so many benefits to ice rolling your face including relieving fatigue and reducing redness on the skin. This is one of my favorite things to do around the house whether it’s in the morning before getting ready or just casually reading a book and rolling my face. If you suffer from puffy eyes in the morning, I’m right there with you. Combine ice rolling with a Loops under eye masks and you’re good to go! Gua sha

This I ordered a few months ago on Amazon and through YouTube videos I believe I have finally gotten my technique down. Such a simple, affordable tool that does so much. Some benefits of the gua sha are that it promotes blood circulation and lymphatic drainage, reduces puffiness and contours the face. I love to put mine in the freezer and it’s a calming routine before bed with my nighttime face oil.
